Re: [sage-devel] What to do with the "Timed out" failures of patchbots?

HI,

I observed another "Timed out" on a patchbot:

sage -t --long src/sage/graphs/matchpoly.pyx
    Timed out

I've just got the same issue on a patchbot  run on my computer, launched with the command

python -m sage_patchbot.patchbot --sage-root=/home/eric/sage/8.0.rc1 --ticket=22951

The report is at https://patchbot.sagemath.org/ticket/0/ (machine: Ubuntu/16.04/x86_64/4.4.0-83-generic/manifold)

What is strange is that the test is passed in 3 s  when run in standalone using the same sage root as that  for the patchbot:

cd /home/eric/sage/8.0.rc1
./sage -t --long --warn-long 82.5 src/sage/graphs/matchpoly.pyx
Running doctests with ID 2017-07-08-22-41-56-e8260995.
Git branch: patchbot/ticket_merged
Using --optional=ccache,mpir,python2,sage
Doctesting 1 file.
sage -t --long --warn-long 82.5 src/sage/graphs/matchpoly.pyx
    [59 tests, 3.27 s]
----------------------------------------------------------------------
All tests passed!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Total time for all tests: 3.3 seconds
    cpu time: 3.3 seconds
    cumulative wall time: 3.3 seconds

Eric.
