I did: all 10 standalone doctests of src/sage/graphs/matchpoly.pyx returned "All tests passed" in 3.3 s each.
Moreover, the timed out failure of the patchbot seems random: I reran it this morning with exactly the same configuration as yesterday:
python -m sage_patchbot.patchbot --sage-root=/home/eric/sage/8.
